Ignored by his only living relative, an uncle addicted to his smartphone, 12-year-old Robin dedicates his whole life to books.

As he approaches adolescence, he is overridden by his insecurities and almost wishes to be part of the group of bullies that torments him, in the small Italian beach town where he lives.

Little does he know, that his apparently boring life is about to take a sinister turn, as he turns the pages of a popular horror book called “Tag, you’re it”.

Is the risk perceived a figment of his imagination, or is he really about to jeopardise all he is, in the name of acceptance and appreciation?
